Returns & Exchanges
There are a few important things to please keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. Returns can only be made within 14 days from the date of the receipt of your item.
- iLevel Lab items must be unused, unopened, with the original packaging. Any damaged items that have signs of usage or do not comply with iLevel Lab return policy will be declined, and shipped back at the customer's expense.
- iLevel Lab guarantees its products to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days.
- Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns of open products for sanitary reasons. Thank you for understanding!
- Sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- Please ensure the items you return to us are adequately packaged. We do not accept responsibility for any products returned that are lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended you use a shipping method that can be tracked.
- Please ask us questions before making a purchase. If item is defective, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item. We will replace the item once we receive defective product.
- If you are not satisfied with the products you receive for any reason, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue!
- Once items are shipped, we are not responsible if the package is damaged or becomes lost.
- iLevel Lab is unable to process any international returns at this moment. Please ask any questions prior to making a purchase.
- Once your return has been received please allow 10 business days for processing. After processing we will send you an email to confirm that your return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of the original payment, please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. We do not refund original shipping charges.
- By placing an order with iLevel Lab, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all our shipping/return policies, terms and conditions.
