Lash Fill Appointments

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗮 “𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗙𝗜𝗟𝗟” ? 😱 It’s called a “FOREIGN FILL” when you have a customer with existing lash extensions (from another lash artist) coming in to do a fill with you.

Usually “foreign fills” happen if a customer is from out of town and they need a fill while they are away from home. Or if a customer is switching artists.

𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 “𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗹”:

1. You must ensure that the lashes are applied correctly, otherwise this “fill” might turn into a “removal” and a “new set” for which you might not have booked enough time in your schedule. In this case asking a customer to send a picture is highly recommended!
2. The customer must have at least 50% of the lashes still on, otherwise this “fill” might be considered a “full set”. We highly recommend stating your “fill” policies on your website and social media. Including pictures is also recommended because what you consider “50%” might translate differently to different people.
